Bank Account & Signing Officer Forms
In order to open a bank account for your club or change your bank account’s signing officers, please fill out the proper form. Print off the form and deliver it to the SSMU office. The letter will then be signed and returned to you for you to bring to Scotiabank. You must also bring proof of residence (utility bill, lease, etc.) and 2 forms of ID to the bank.
