Hey everybody. March Madness, eh? And I don’t mean basketball.

1) CLUBS & SERVICES OPEN FORUM: TUESDAY, APRIL 3, 5 – 8 PM Lev Bukhman Room

The SSMU is hosting an Open Forum to garner input on subjects revolving Clubs and Services in the building. We would like to improve our functions and systems with your feedback. Also, there will be fun and games, and food!

The following highlights are key topics that will be up for discussion during the Open Forum. If any points seem to ring a bell, please feel welcomed to come and share your thoughts, as they will be used for later changes/improvements.

1. Clubs & Services Section on Website
2. Activities Night
3. Room Bookings Process

4. Council/ Representation of Clubs (How can they represent you better?)
5. Funding & Financing of Clubs

6. Collaboration between student groups
7. Shatner Building Space

2) ADVANCED ROOM BOOKINGS for the FALL SEMESTER! Deadline: April 9, 5 PM

Advanced Room Bookings time is here again! Please fill out the form to apply for bookings next Fall semester for your SSMU club, service or ISG.

The deadline is April 9, at 5 PM.

Regular bookings for this semester continue with the usual 2-week time period.
