Dragon Boat Z

Established in 2008, Dragon Boat Z is McGill’s only Dragon Boat Team. Our goal this year is to compete at the Toronto International Dragon Boat Festival in the the University Division which hosts over 30 university teams coming from all over North America. DBZ has two mixed teams (10 men and 10 women per team), a novice team for those who have not worked out in years and an intermediate team for those who are physically active year round.

Our paddling season starts in early May and runs all the way through the middle of August. During the fall and winter semesters, we offer circuit trainings at the McGill Gym and indoor paddling practices at our practice location.
