About Us

SSMU DriveSafe is a service run by the Student Society of McGill University. Our patrols drive students safely home from anywhere on the Island of Montreal for free.

Our patrol runs on Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am. However, please don’t rely on DriveSafe to get home. We try our best, but it may be a busy night, or we may get a flat tire and not be able to reach you. Though we will try!

To get a ride, call our dispatch at 514-398-8040 or if you see our van please flag it down and tell them where you want to go.

If you’re running an event somewhere on campus and want to book DriveSafe please contact us ahead of time.

- Number of people expected
- First aid certified preference
- Number of Vans

SSMU DriveSafe is run entirely by student volunteers from McGill University.
