Young women (aged 18-35) are needed for a study looking at relationships between physical activity, demographics, mood, health-related behaviours and several non-painful, non-invasive measures of cardiovascular function. You will visit the Psychophysiology Lab in the Department of Psychology twice: once to complete questionnaires, pick up an physical activity monitor (small wrist band), and then lie on an exam table while cardiovascular measures are obtained at rest; and again one week later to return the activity monitor and have the cardiovascular measures obtained a second time. The study will take approximately 3 hours in total, and you will be compensated $20 for your time.
